On the night of the Oscars, Ben Stiller dressed up as an avatar. It was a full on suite with ears and a tail that had a piece of fishing line attached to it so that it would move. During his time on stage he talked about him wanting to wear his Spak ears because Star Trek was being nominated for best make up and Avatar wasn't. Some people thought that this skit was a waste of time. I thought that it was hilarious.
